Dr. Brett Packer, DVM
Dr. Packer grew up in Arlington, Virginia and has been a practicing veterinarian since 1997. He graduated, with honors, from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and completed 3 years of advanced, post-graduate internship and residency training in small animal medicine and surgery at The University of Georgia and Kansas State University.
After completing his formal training, Dr. Packer moved to Salt Lake City where he has worked, for the past 10 years, as an Emergency Clinician and Private Practitioner in local hospitals and Las Vegas, Nevada.
In 2011, Dr. Packer opened At Home Veterinary Care as a service providing veterinary care to animals in the comfort of their own homes. He thoroughly enjoys performing house calls. He is devoted to providing caring, compassionate and thorough care to his patients. He loves helping their owners to provide the best quality of life possible for their pets.
Dr. Packer lives in Riverton with his wife and 3 daughters. They have two dogs, two cats and a number of ducks and chickens. In his spare time, Dr. Packer likes to spend time with his family, work on his home and read.
